The hotel had a great location, making it easy to walk to the Shwe Dagon Pagoda and Kandawgyi Lake. My room was spacious with a splendid view, but it lacked some character. The service was hit or miss; the staff was generally friendly, but they weren't very helpful when I had an issue. Overall, it offers good value for money, but there's definitely room for improvement.
